Earthquakes and Cold Beer

We have had many people checking in to make sure we survived the 6.2 quake on Jan 8th, and the answer is yes, no worries, just a little rumble for a few seconds, almost spilled my beer but caught it just in time. Thanks for your concerns.

Surf is still flat AND the fish are not biting, so looks like a good day for ding repair, gotta love the smell of resin and glass in the morning. Rest of our crew is still in the Carribean scoring good waves. Later from Downtown Esterillos...

earth quakes and cold beer, we have hurricanes and margaritas, its -40 degrees in minnesota today and i think their whiskey froze and the people in gaza are just shootin at each other. its not bad enough for them already. look around, thank him for what you got and git on with it. if you still got beer it beats a stick in the eye. later bro from g-town

Brett, I miss you buddy!!! I am sooooo jealous of your life down there and can't wait to relocate back to CR! Finally went to the beach the other day with R dog for the first time in months and forgot that we don't have any coconuts. Rhino was going crazy looking for one and ended up having to settle for a tennis ball :(. I am glad that you were able to stabalize you beer during the earthquake. I would hate to see any spillage of that sort :). Miss you kids and tell everyone that I said hello!

Love,

Erin
